We simply chilled the vegetables, (excluding the olives and tomatoes) in ice water for 15 minutes before we prepped them. We added za'atar spice maldon salt, and olive oil to the yogurt.
Gypsy Peppers and Lemon Cucumbers, breakfast radishes, Persian cucumbers, olives, bread and cherry tomatoes.
