Fancy radishes are here and, depending on who you ask, watermelon radishes are the crown jewel of them all. They are light green on the outside and deep pink on the inside, hence the watermelon name. These radishes are remarkably sweet and are suited perfectly to eating raw (sliced on salads, grated, minced), light cooking or fermenting.
