Liquid gold is our 2024 vintage and the color has mellowed to a beautiful golden yellow and its flavor is buttery, peppery and bright. Our Liquid Gold is perfect for dipping, cooking, and topping all and every dish. Olive oil can easily last for a couple years if stored out of the sun and heat in a tinted bottle.
