Liquid Gold gold is what we call our olive oil harvested in January 2023. Its color has mellowed to a beautiful golden yellow and its flavor is buttery, peppery and bright. Our Liquid Gold is perfect for dipping, cooking, and topping every dish.

Olive oil can easily last for a couple years if stored out of the sun and heat in a tinted glass bottle.
